Do you do custom illustrated designs?
We do not offer custom products but Summer does take on commercial illustration projects! All commissions start at $500. If you have an illustration project in mind, email Summer at email@example.com!
Do you sell wholesale to retailers?
We do! We have a discounted wholesale pricing sheet and would be happy to share it if you shoot us an email over at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you do custom engraving on pins and keychains?
No, we do not do custom engraving. We partner with Wizardpins to manufacture all our keychains and pins and many of them have the Summer Stokes logo stamped in raised metal on the back. See listing descriptions as to whether product is brand-stamped or not.
Do you do custom sizing on any products?
No, we do not do custom sizing, we partner with secondary manufacturers to make all our products and we purchase them in bulk so we are unable to do small-quantity orders with any custom sizing. We do our best to have our products made with the dimensions most practical for everyone!
Do prints include a frame?
No, prints do not include a frame, the prints in the listing photos are shown framed for staging and aesthetic purposes! Prints are packed in a plastic sleeve with a rigid backing board to prevent damage in the mail.
Do the pins, patches, stickers or magnets fit together in the completed US map?
No, state products are not made to scale, we didn’t want to be stuck with massive Texas stickers and tiny Rhode Island stickers! All states are roughly the same size in each product category so they are collectible and look great next to one another.
How do I know my T-shirt size?
T-shirts are adult Unisex sizing, so we recommend erring on the larger side for men and smaller for ladies. Tshirts do not come pre-shrunk and there’s a possibility they’ll be slightly snugger after the first wash, so plan accordingly!
How do I track my Order?
1. From the Orders page, open the order that you want to track.
2. Click More actions → View order status page.
How do I cancel my Order?
Contact us! We’ll process it manually if your order has not yet shipped. Shoot us an email at email@example.com and we’ll get back to you as quickly as possible.
Help, my order’s lost!
Contact us! USPS loses mail occasionally and we will want to file a claim ASAP so we can either recover it or get a new product in the mail for you. Shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get back to you as quickly as possible.
